Just a few more days until I leave! Arrive in Quebec on Saturday, then going to Montreal for a couple of days too before heading to Toronto. Mostly I'm just frantically trying to organize my hotel inspections for work right now! Then need to get excited for the con. Which I am for the most part, but man, I need to watch some due South and hype myself up... So many other shiny fandoms these days! But I still love my boys. :) I hope Paul Gross does end up coming! That'd be so awesome.

I just did my pre-Con dS rewatch. I admit attraction to some of the shiny fandoms to which I was exposed at BP's "Pimp My Fandom" and elsewhere but I mostly try to not overextend beyond C6D because -- to quote the great line of love_jackianto-- "I need more fandoms like CKR needs more sexy".

There is no shinier fandom. (And I'm a faithful devotee of many... Blake's Seven, Sapphire and Steel, Doctor Who, Star Trek, Babylon Five, Buffy and Angel, just to mention a very few...) Yup, there are many, many shiny fandoms. But none so shiny, none so bright, as dS.

Alas, all my fandoms now lead to Canada.

Not, sadly, my RL. I wish you guys all the fun in the world, and want lots and lots of gossip. :D
